Refund & Transfer Policy

At YMS Consulting, we design every YMS B.O.L.D. Moves™ experience with deep intention, preparation, and resource investment. To honor our team, our partners, and the transformational environments we create, we’ve established the following Refund & Transfer Policy.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales for YMS B.O.L.D. Moves™ events — including the Ignite Series, B.O.L.D. Moves™ Conference, and B.O.L.D. Thrive™ Summer Summit — are final.

Because each event requires advance planning, reserved materials, and capacity-based commitments, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including schedule changes, travel delays, or personal circumstances.

 

If YMS must postpone or cancel an event, all registered attendees will receive:

  • A full transfer to the rescheduled date, or

  • A credit equal to the value of the ticket, which may be applied to a future YMS program or event within 12 months.

 

We are committed to ensuring every participant receives the value they invested in.

 

Transfer Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, so we do offer flexible transfer options:

 

1. Transfer to Another Person

You may transfer your ticket to another participant up to 14 days before the event start date at no additional cost.
To process a transfer, please email: [Insert Contact Email] with:

  • Your full name

  • The name and email of the new attendee

  • Order confirmation number

Tickets cannot be transferred within 14 days of the event.

 

2. Transfer to Another YMS Event or Program

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another YMS event, program, or service within 12 months.

Transfers are subject to:

  • Availability in the desired event

  • Payment of any price difference if the new event has a higher ticket cost

  • A $50 admin fee for processing the transfer

Requests must be submitted at least 21 days before the event.

 

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend the event and have not requested a transfer within the permitted timeframe, your ticket will be forfeited, and no credit or refund will be issued.

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Event name

  • Order number

  • Transfer preference (person-to-person or event credit)
